I’m Ashley, a wife, mama, creator and constant dreamer! After years of working in a cubicle, I decided to dive in with my creative side and started this business in 2014! Oak and Berk (formerly 417 Designs) started as home décor and has quickly developed into so much more! In 2017 we added our apparel line. I wanted to create a line to share my passion for self-acceptance, comfy clothes and design. There is something so empowering (and comfy) about wearing a bold message that you believe in. In 2022 we rebranded to Oak & Berk, after my children - Oaklyn & Berklee!

My closet consists of mostly black & grey, I’m not much of a girly girl, I’m always down for a road trip and live to travel! I live in Polk City, Iowa with my husband Myles and our children! I have a master’s degree in Business and Finance and have always loved getting creative!

My biggest passions are design, reading and spending time with family. I’m also a wine lover, a RAGBRAI rider, over user of the exclamation point and down to earth, simple person!
